New Century Homes, LLC. is a local enterprise founded by Michael Belle, a native Northern Virginian. His fundamental goal is to design, build, sell and service high quality, well engineered homes with enduring value at fair prices. He provides the highest level of attention to clients throughout the home-building and buying process.

Michael has over thirty-nine (39) years of experience. He has expertise in all aspects of development from site acquisition and selection, municipal rezoning, through land and product development, contracting, construction and service.

He and his team understand the complexities of the process and value the skills and tolerance necessary in creating a home, not just a house. They incorporate proven technological advances as well as time-tested techniques in the construction of their homes.
